Use of this guide
If you are a Project Manager you should know how to do the things listed in this Guide. But if you are like me, you will not use these functions all the time and may have trouble remembering how to do things. This provides a “Reference Guide” for these activities. I use it all the time. If you are a manager in an organisation responsible for managing projects or project processes, this is a very useful tool providing your project managers with a quick reference guide to improve their productivity and effectiveness.
The functionality described varies from quite basic to reasonably sophisticated in nature. As such, it therefore presumes that the user has at least a basic understanding of project scheduling
